Besides high quality Japanese sake such as Kuroobi, Kokuryu, and Dassai, the restaurant serves Sogga père et fils Ordinaire Sauvignon Blanc wine from the Obusé Winery and a selection of champagne by producers with whom the owner is closely associated.

The restaurant is open daily during winter, and closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays during the summer.
